Capacity building and demonstration projects to increase the range and accessibility of first step learning including basic skills within voluntary and community sector organisations supported, and moving into mainstream funding. [Skills and Participation Strategies]
Consortium of voluntary and community sector organisations developed which is geared to the achievement of the Council's strategic objectives through effective collaboration and engagement of the hard to reach. [Participation Strategy] |
